I bought three items from the sale. Two were perfect, both colour and size. The edge to edge cardigan in cashmere and cotton was returned. I ordered large but when it arrived it was more like XXL....

This garment is quite large and WoolOvers are constantly striving to make improvements and we are currently looking at our sizing across our ranges. Please contact our Customer Services team on 0845 073 1044 if you believe your cardigan to be incorrectly sized. We do offer a pre-paid returns label for £1.50 when you place an order with us which keeps the cost of returns to a minimum for our customers.
