Prompt delivery but could do with free returns like most other online services, as 2 of the jumpers ordered as small where way too big for me.

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you have received some garments which do not fit. We do try to advise our customers on sizing by providing our charts on line. Please feel free to return the items to us so we can process that for you. We are in the process of phasing out our unisex sizing and introducing mens and womens sizes from November of this year through to February of next year.

źle opisany krój i kolor

Golf, który zamówiłam miał być damski i biały. Kiedy przyszedł - w bardzo szybkim czasie- okazało się, że krój jest uniwersalny i nie przylega do ciała tak, jak pokazane jest na obrazku w Internecie....

Dziękujemy za komentarz. Zawsze zalecamy zmierzenie posiadanego już ubrania i używając tabeli rozmiarów dobranie odpowiedniego rozmiaru. Jest nam przykro że kolor nie przypadł Pani do gustu. Nasz “Natural White” jest faktycznie bardziej kremowy niż śnieżnobiały. Nie mniej - satysfakcja klienta jest dla nas priorytetem, dlatego też bez problemu wymienimy towar na inny.
