I apologise that the item you received wasn't as described and that you only received a partial refund. You should have received a refund in full for this order and this must have been an oversight during the returns process. I have searched for an email from yourself however I have failed to find one. I have now amend your refund to the correct amount.

I am sorry that the item you bought wasn't the colour as described and the fit wasn't accurate. Our Customer Service department are available to offer any assistance with regards to fit and can even measure a garment for you. We also provide a 28 day return period if you are unhappy with your order.
