Hi there, I'm sorry if we didn't get back to you in a timely fashion. Due to COVID-19 we have been experiencing extremely heavy order and communications volume and a smaller staff. It looks like the package was possibly lost by the post office and I will be sending a replacement out in the mail today. I sent you a direct email about this as well with tracking.
