So sorry to hear of these problems. First of all, apologies that emails weren't answered quick enough over the weekend, we're actually now putting procedures in place to improve response times on Saturdays and Sundays and feedback like this is invaluable. I understand my colleague has now arranged a collection of the item and the refund has been processed. Regarding the photos, I've fed this back to the designer so that we can hopefully get those improved for the future!
