Hello Kenny, I am pleased to hear that your recent travel with us was a positive experience however, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Thank you for your feedback which has been noted as we continue to look for ways we can improve our service.

Island residents travelling for an NHS appointment can obtain a 50% discount by calling our dedicated Assisted Travel team on 0800 093 8236 (Mon-Fri 0900-1800 & Sat-Sun 0900-1700). We have also introduced a price cap on NHS Bookings so Island Residents will only pay a maximum of £35 per single crossing Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us.
