We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Hello Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're very pleased to hear that you found the check-in process at Wightlink to be easy and the service throughout efficient. At present a half hourly service on our FastCat is currently only planned at peak times such as Bank Holidays and during the IOW Festival Period, as demand for our service is still below pre-pandemic levels. We do continue to monitor the demand for all our services, and should the demand increase and it be viable to run a half hourly service more regularly this would of course be considered. We look forward to seeing you again soon where we hope we can continue to provide an enjoyable experience.
