Hi Nicholas, I am very sorry that your Beaujolais Nouveau did not arrive in time for your event. We know how time specific Beaujolais Nouveau is and try our best to get wine delivered on the third Thursday in November. I can see that in previous years you have ordered and received your wine in time. On this occasion we have failed to deliver in time and it sounds like the follow-up service has not been up to our usual standard. I have checked the customer service inbox and I cannot see any recent emails from you, if you need to email us please use customersupport@wickhamwine.co.uk or send a message directly from your account as these inboxes can be monitored by all our team. I have processed a full refund for the wine and added a small store credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill. I hope that you will give us another chance.
