Thank you for taking the time to respond to our feedback request. We have just introduced Feefo to our guests - for this purpose so we can address issues. Since your direct feedback to the office staff, we have replaced electrical goods, and been in touch with the owners. You can appreciate it is very busy for us as this time of year, and not easy to schedule decorative works, with back to back bookings. This is something we look to address in the quieter winter months. Regarding parking for the property we advertise this on the website as 'There is on street parking to the front of the property, and further parking available locally'.

Always helpful whenever I rang. Very easy to book and to use all the services.
A lovely little cottage just right for our needs. However the heating had been turned off so the bedroom was chilly first night.
