Delay in your delivery:
I can see that your order was imported into our system on Friday 02/10/2020 at 08:41AM as mentioned on our website we offer next working day delivery.
Due to this being a Friday delivery should have been on Monday 05/10/2020.
I have contacted our carrier DPD who track all parcels and drivers. I can see they attempted to deliver the goods on Monday 05/10/2020 at 14:02 but were unable to as nobody was home.
I can then see delivery instructions were updated by yourself for the item to be left safe and these instructions were carried out on Tuesday 06/10/2020 at 12:29.
