We were sorry to hear you were unwell during the tour and hope you recovered quickly. Please rest assured your remarks relating to the guest house near the Great Wall have been duly noted and passed onto our office in China. There is no excuse for a lack of cleanliness and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are pleased that overall you enjoyed the tour. Kind regards, Lorraine

We were surprised to read your comments as all tips on our group tours are included in the amount paid to the National ****** on arrival. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency and will be in touch shortly. We were further sorry to hear you were unwell in Beijing and truly hope you made a speedy recovery and were able to fully enjoy the rest of the tour. Kind regards, Lorraine
