Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed reflection, and for your remarkable loyalty to us over so many journeys. It is genuinely humbling to read that you have travelled with us to China, Japan twice, Ecuador and the Galapagos, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, and now have Kyrgyzstan on the horizon. That kind of trust means everything to us. I am pleased that overall you have found us trustworthy from start to finish, and I appreciate you flagging that early hiccup in Ecuador. You are quite right that we took that first trip as a learning curve, and I am glad it did not diminish your enjoyment of what remains a wonderful destination. Your comment about Vietnam is also very fair. We try to offer a balanced picture of each country's history and culture, but I take your point that the balance tipped too far towards the war narrative on that itinerary. We will certainly bear that in mind when we review that tour, because the natural beauty of Vietnam is every bit as compelling and deserves more prominence. It is especially lovely to hear that our care throughout the day, from breakfast through to the evening meal, gives you that reassurance as you get older. That is exactly what we aim for, not just logistics but a genuine sense of being looked after, so you can relax and absorb each new place without worry. Knowing that you have already booked Kyrgyzstan and have wishes for future trips with us is the greatest compliment we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you on many more adventures. Thanks, Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours

That is marvellous to hear, and it means a great deal to us that your first solo holiday was such a success. Taking that step on your own can feel like a big decision, so knowing that you felt supported from that very first telephone chat right through to the return flight is exactly what we hope for. I am especially pleased that you found lovely people to share the experience with. One of the quiet joys of group travel is the unexpected friendships that form along the way, and it sounds like you landed in a wonderful group. Also, your comment about the visits being plentiful but not rushed is music to my ears. We always try to strike that balance between showing you as much as possible and giving you room to actually breathe it all in. Your guide will be thrilled to know they made such a positive impression. They are the heartbeat of any tour, and we are fortunate to work with some truly exceptional people. And to hear you have already booked again for next year, well, that is the best compliment we could ask for. We will make sure your next adventure is every bit as memorable. Thanks, Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours
