As I wanted to query a payment I selected Finance thinking that would be Accounts. - twice I then selected Tours or bookings or whatever the 1st option is called and the person Frankie I wanted to talk to answered that option. All good

However, we do in general recommend to use our Reservations Team as a first point of contact as they are able to answer most of the questions related to the bookings, or they will find you the answer from a relevant department.
