Can't fault the service, originally bought one of there bottles from a store which was faulty. Contacted water to go who then sent me a discount code to purchase another bottle direct. Email reply...

We are surprised to receive your comments, if the filter is activated the flow rate should be quite quick. Drinking by tilting the bottle with the mouthpiece below the bottle should deliver 17 mls per second, enough to empty a 75 cls bottle in less than a minute.
