Thanks for your feedback. I'm surprised you didn't hear back from Natural Action - we've worked with them for a couple of years and found them good to deal with. I can understand your scepticism looking at it. With structured water, the challenge is we're dealing with physics rather than chemistry, so measuring benefits is quite different from testing for chemical contaminants. The design is based on Viktor Schauberger's research on how water moves in nature, combined with work from current scientists in the field. There are two processes happening as water passes through the revitaliser. First, the water flows through in a specific double helix pattern to mimic water vortexing in nature. Vortexing has been known for many years as one of the best ways to restructure water. Second, the flow form includes natural minerals crystals which emit beneficial frequencies to further improve water structure. Dr Gerald Pollack's research at the University of Washington (he wrote "The Fourth Phase of Water") has shown how structured water creates exclusion zones around surfaces, which is particularly important for protecting our cells. Scientists in Japan and Korea call it Hexagonal water because of the geometric configuration. This technology isn't for everyone. We've been in the water business for many years and enough customers have commented on how the water feels different and hydrates better that we're convinced of the benefits. We're careful with the products we sell because we want our clients to enjoy excellent health, and good healthy water is the foundation for building good physical health. That said, it's not going to meet everyone's expectations.
