To follow up on this feedback, I called Poppy and invited her back into the salon. We are always available to our clients in this way to follow up in person.
Poppy did not want to come back to the salon as she lives far away and had a holiday planned.
Over the course of our call, Poppy decided she was happy to have a partial refund of - £40 to cover the difference in length. She has also decided to go elsewhere for her colour service next time, as we did carry out the same colour as on previous appointments so she feels she could get a more successful colour by going to our neighbouring salon and then having time to assess that properly before coming back to us for her hair extensions. She was offered a refund for her colour service but declined.
We hope to see you soon Poppy and I am glad we have a plan for a way forward.
