Hello! We're very sorry you feel this way and that you feel you were misled and aren't satisfied with the product.
We are usually very good in cases like these! However, in this case, we feel we need to disagree. As you have said in your review, we feel we have been very transparent about the product being OVNS. These pods are described as being "like Juul" however never stating that they are a genuine Juul pod and are, in fact, OVNS pods. We're a little unsure of how we could be less misleading? But hey, if you feel there is a better way we could describe the product to stop this happening again, then we will happily change the description to be a bit more accurate.
One thing you mentioned in your review was the "loose draw". The sad reality is Juul is pretty expensive for the quantity of liquid you are given. Whereas you can refill these pods at a 90% cost saving compared to Juul. Pretty good right? People generally see this as a fair trade-off, but we understand not everyone sees it this way and we apologise to them for that.
As a company we make a point of trying to keep the products we stock and make as eco-friendly as possible, we even have a
recycling scheme in place! We understand not everyone cares about this though. If people don't see the incredible reusable aspect of these pods as a benefit, then that's completely ok as well! Maybe we won't win their custom again but, of course, we would love to! We make no apologies for trying to encourage the re-use of products such as these, instead of single-use items like Juul Pods.
