Sorry to hear a few pods didn’t pierce properly. We recommend giving the grid plate a quick clean with a brush to make sure there’s no coffee build-up around the piercing needles. Sometimes oils and fine grounds can block things up a bit. Also, giving the pods a little shake before popping them in can help loosen any compacted coffee for a better flow.
