Ordered equipment on 28 June. Followed up with them on 3 July and was told order Had got stuck in the warehouse but would arrive the following Monday. Followed up again on 8 July and told it Was not...
Never heard of this company before this transaction but I've been really pleased. Hard to find product and at a great price and delivered promptly, will certainly use again if the need arises.

I had an email straight after my order to say the item would be delayed in being sent, and was that OK? And it arrived a few days earlier than the delayed date! All good!

I have contacted the company at least twice to see where my purchase has got to. And as yet 24 June have not received it. The bed pan was purchased on the 19 May 2020.
