We are grateful for James's response, but fear that we lost all confidence in Turquoise's systems. When we phoned our agent, asking where our tickets had got to, our call went to voice mail. No one phoned back. When we e mailed, there was "no out of office" message and again no one responded for several days. When after several days we finally phoned the switch board, we were told he was on "long term leave". How can a business operate with nobody standing in for absent staff? As we said in our original review, the arrangements did eventually work satisfactorily, but we should not have been left without any response for several days, with action only being taken after we had contacted the switchboard. We were left with absolutely no confidence that our holiday arrangements were being looked after.

Fabulous service, the honeymoon was mostly well organised. Loved the document organiser which arrived as a surprise and loved our keep same heart. The only thing which let them down was the last day...
