The wooden farm set we ordered broke on first use so was not fit for purpose, however your customer service was good as you offered us a credit for the poor quality item.

Originally out of stock when ordered. Had to chase order up, to find they were back in stock but hadn't been sent out to us. This was unusual for you!

other items not arrived have rang three times to chase and was told they would come eventally.ordered may 14 and still not here a month later.

Ordered before the end of last term. I do think that they could keep you more informed of items that are out of stock and when they are due in.
