Hi Elizabeth, thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review and for it being so positive. Kind Regards, Mark

Hi Elizabeth, thank-you for leaving multiple reviews. Each of these is really helpful to us and we are very grateful. However, we don't want our customers to feel inundated with review requests, especially our most loyal repeat customers. All our customers get a review request from Feefo when they order. I think this consists of an initial request and then a follow-up reminder. Hopefully it stops there, but I can see as a valued returning customer that you could get fed up. You can of course just ignore them, but you can also choose to opt out from receiving further review requests as follows: • Open a Feefo review request email. • Click through to the feedback form. • Scroll to the very bottom of the page and look for the Opt-out or Unsubscribe link. • Select the Global Opt-Out option. Let me know if this works for you by emailing me at admin@treasureyourhealth.co.uk. Kind Regards, Mark P.S. I just tried to see whether I could opt-out for you from our end, but I'm not sure I can (at least it was quite confusing). Perhaps Feefo don't want their customers (that is, Treasure Your Health) being able to opt-out their customers that we think might be about to leave us a negative review? However, if you have no luck opting out then let me know and I will contact Feefo to see what I can do.

Hi Brenda, thank-you for the 5-star rating and review. It is much appreciated. We do aim to send tracking details in our order confirmation for 100% of our received orders. I have checked our "Sent" folder and can see that we did send an email to you at "01 September 2026 16:30". My apologies that it did not get through to your inbox. Kind Regards, Mark

Thank-you for your positive review. Much appreciated.

Hi Nigel, Thank-you for taking the time to write us a positive review. It is greatly appreciated. Especially thank-you for buying direct from us. Kind Regards, Mark

Hi Rachel, thank-you for being a long-term customer and for taking the time to leave us a review. This year we changed to having all orders fully tracked, instead of just using the free confirmation delivery... so it is good news to hear that you appreciated being kept informed of delivery. Kind Regards, Mark
