Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise for the frustration this situation has caused. We understand your concerns regarding your booking and appreciate how confusing it must have been. Requests to amend a booking do not normally result in a cancellation unless action is required based on the airline's fare conditions or booking status. We regret that the communication you received did not provide the clarity you expected. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to improve our communication and customer experience. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards, TravelUp

Good afternoon, Ms. Huang, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. We understand how upsetting it must have been to receive differing fare quotations for your requested flight change, as well as experiencing lengthy waiting times when trying to contact our customer support team. We appreciate that this would have added to an already stressful situation. Please note that any fare difference and amendment costs are determined by the airline's fare rules and seat availability at the time the change is requested. As these are set by the airline, prices can vary and are subject to change until the amendment is confirmed. In addition, partially cancelling a booking is not always permitted, depending on the fare conditions attached to the ticket. We appreciate your comments regarding our communication and response times, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to improve our service. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards, TravelUp

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter discrepancies regarding your baggage allowance at the airport, as well as the uncertainty surrounding your return flight schedule. We appreciate how stressful these situations can be, particularly when travelling. Airlines are responsible for their own baggage policies and any schedule changes, and in some cases updates are received after a booking has been confirmed. However, we regret that the communication you received did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your comments as they help us identify areas where we can improve. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for review as we continue working to enhance our communication and customer experience. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Regards, TravelUp
