Great service from Ross

Great service Great follow up

Great service prompt response to emails

Our consultant left we weren't notified, then we found the same cruise for half the price, then we were rebooked on the wrong cruise leaving the wrong capital city, few hassles getting it all sorted,...

I thought the service has great but a bit pushy at times we believe that we had to buy with your company, the Consultant was very informative and called heaps off times.

Good rates and service

I found your consultant quite helpful, the one negative is he kept calling me " Buddy", I did not appreciate that.

We have been very happy with our consultant Sara-Jane,she has been most helpful in arranging our cruise, answering any queries promptly & efficiently
