Overall the service has been excellent from ordering to delivery. There was one blip when there was a fault with one pair but these were sent back and reordered and again service was excellent.

Sorry to see that the shoes did not quite fit. Unfortunately because of the nature of mail order, you are unable to try the shoes on before you buy them, as you would on the high street. I can see that they have now been exchanged and that you are happy with the replacements.
