Poor Delivery time.
Over 1 week and still not received order.

Apologies for the delay but the couriers had a few issues due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday high volumes resulting in a small number of parcels being incorrectly routed.

The parcel was resent and I can see from tracking it was delivered and signed for yesterday at 11 a.m. 

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay and trust you are happy with your thermal till rolls.
