Hello!
Many thanks for your feedback - it is greatly appreciated.
We very much work on the basis that what you see on the screen when you are creating your stationery is your own proof. Historically when we have sent proofs after orders are placed, it created issues with customers who might not receive the email with the proof and others who simply neglected to respond approving their proof.
For this reason, we have moved over to a live preview/proofing system. Later this month though, we will provide the ability to send yourself a digital proof of what you have created, before you even place the order. Hopefully this will address this for you.
Best wishes
Nessie & Team
Thisisnessie is owned and run by artist and mother Nessie Maclay. Nessie started sellingcards in 2002 following the birth of her first child for a little bit of extra pocket money. The venture quickly outgrew the pockets – and the kitchen table where it all started – as her hand-finished cards and then the personalised stationery that followed became incredibly popular.
