Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you found our service satisfactory. Regarding seat selection, many theatres have policies in place to prevent leaving single seats unoccupied. This is because single seats can be challenging to sell later on. We understand that this can be inconvenient in some situations, but it ensures a better overall experience for a broader audience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how important it is for our customers to have a smooth ticket selection process. Our ticketing system is live and operates in real-time. This means that if another customer selects tickets at the exact same moment as you, those tickets may become unavailable by the time you proceed to finalise your purchase. It's akin to two shoppers reaching for the last item on a shop shelf at the same time. We recognise the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologise for any frustration. We're constantly working to improve our system for a better user experience. Should you need any assistance with future bookings or have further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
