Ko Trusted Customer teica par Theatre Tickets Direct:

Hard to zoom in and out when looking at the seats available. More expensive than booking directly which I only realised afterwards.

Easy to use

Quick and easy to book. The only feature I would like (or maybe missed) would be to choose a date for sending as a gift

Ko Trusted Customer teica par Theatre Tickets Direct:

No fee booking. Best to use a laptop (issue with an iPad)

Relatively easy to book except on an iPad where the billing page was impossible to read, luckily we could switch to a laptop. Easy to redeem a voucher. Appreciated that there was no booking fee.
