Thank you for your helpful feedback. I am sorry the pashmina arrived creased: they do leave us in an uncreased condition but clearly yours has suffered somewhat during its journey. If we were to send it boxed rather than in a strong plastic bag it would cost more to send and we would need to pass on that cost, however we will definitely discuss this at our next appropriate meeting.
