Thank you so much for your feedback. It really does mean a lot to us at The Strings Club, especially we we will be having a Post Event Evaluation Meeting this week to see how we can make our Ofsted registered Holiday Camps even better!
We are investing in new tablets for our next Holiday Camps for a better quality if photo. We ask our Managers to take a few pictures per day and also send these to parents in their 6pm newsletter - of which you received.
If our Grand Concert cannot go ahead, we send a video to all parents privately. For Feb Half Term, we are hoping to re-locate venue so our popular concerts can go ahead - as we also love them at our Head Office.
Parents receive a daily newsletter at 6pm with clear info on what children took part in and what they would be taking part in the following day. A full weekly timetable is also sent to parents in their "Essential Info" sent 1 week before. We have checked on our system and can see you received this too. Paper copies are also available on site.
All EYFS children receive a Daily Diary however from Feb, due to the max numbers of 15, all children will receive one. Also, our Managers phone number is available on the door. This number is shared with parents in their "Essential Info" and we encourage all parents to call this number should they have any questions on their child's progress.
Children cannot take an instrument home because this would encourage potential cross-contamination. This would be against government guidelines advised by Track and Track guidelines and Public Health England.
We are highly passionate about what we do at The Strings Club. That incudes our top childcare practitioners who all attend training beforehand, to our jam-packed timetable of activities to the additional communication we provide too on children's activities and development.
Thank you again and we hope the above helps a little.
We hope to see you again soon,
