Thank you for your feedback about our Hampstead Holiday Camp. We are disappointed that you have not contacted us before about our Holiday Camp this week as we wish we could have spoken to you and rectified any concerns you have. Secondly, our team are highly experienced at our Hampstead Holiday Camp. Sisi our Holiday Camp Manager has a Masters degree in childcare and is highly experienced in working with children - alongside being a very kind person. Therefore we disagree with your feedback on our staff having poor knowledge of children development. We don't offer "time out" to children and any behavioural issues will be communicated with parents for sure.
