Thank you so much for your feedback Iain - currently tasting notes are included in the order confirmation emails to reduce paper waste in our boxes. However, we agree that the mixed case options would benefit from having printed notes included. We will look into rolling this out as an option in the future.

Vintage issues like this are rare for us, and I do apologise for failing to hit the high standards we set on these occasions. As agreed via email, we have replaced the missing bottle of 2017 Reserva with the 2018 vintage - this is a gorgeous wine, from a sensational year in Spain that has top scores and usually fetches a higher price than 2017. We hope it makes a worthy substitute. Thankfully the Royal Mail and Parcelforce strikes last week are now over, and you will be receiving this delivery imminently.
