Thank you for your informative review. So sorry to hear of your experience with the carrier. I'm sure we can trace this consignment and make our complaints to the company concerned. Overall our experience with both courier companies we use is very good but of course there are always exceptions. Sincerely hope they get it right for us next time. RE you comment about MSDS, they are often very misleading with even natural oils sold for food or cosmetic use having comments about washing off the skin, causing irritation and not ingesting. I sometimes wonder who writes them.

We completely understand about the problems when we change suppliers, but sometimes these things are driven by legislation where products are no longer ideal and maybe need to be replaced with something with less or different allergen content. We continually update our website platform to make customer experience more rewarding and we will add the request about invoice printing to our wishlist.
