Hi,

I'm sorry you find it uncomfortable. If you're finding it too hard, which can sometimes happen as one's firmness preference is entirely personal, you can remove some of the stuffing with the zip provided. With regards to it being made of man-made fibre. Yes, it is stuffed with polyester hollow-fibre. It is high quality and non-toxic unlike memory foam. The pillow itself is made of 100% cotton.

I liked the design, but the pillow stuffing was much too hard for comfort. Even unzipping and removing some didn't help. If it were stuffed with down or cotton, one could most likely reduce the...
