Your order was placed at 12:50pm, before our 2pm same-day dispatch cut-off, and it entered production shortly afterwards. To ensure we can process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we ask that any changes or cancellation requests are be made before the 2pm cut-off wherever possible. We can see that your email requesting cancellation was sent at 6:12pm, after our office had closed for the day. By that time, your order had already been dispatched, so unfortunately we were unable to stop or amend it. We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating this must have been.
