Great content, delivery not perfect

The content keeps my grandchildren riveted. They fight over who reads it first. However the delivery is unreliable at best. They often tell me they haven’t received a copy.

A small number of customers are sometimes impacted by postal issues and of course the recent strikes also caused delivery delays.
