Thank you for your comments with regards to your recent booking with The Luxury Holiday Company. We are sorry that you feel we have been slow with our response rate, however having investigated this there was an initial delay due to the flights requested being outside of booking range (travelling in January/February 2020). In addition we are still waiting on some hotel availability.
