We were very disappointed to receive this feedback and have tried to contact the customer three times in the past 24 hours.
When the order was placed gift wrap was neither paid for or requested and no message was given either, which is why neither was done. Unfortunately we can only gift wrap and attach messages if we are asked to do so and know that it is required.
In the circumstances we have requested that the feedback be retracted and altered to reflect the fact that we were not asked to gift wrap or attach a message to the gifts

We have been in touch with the customer regarding the concerns raised. The bottle stopper is Silver plated and the tarnish that is mentioned is the silver tarnish which disappeared as soon as the product was polished. It is totally natural and normal for silver to tarnish and require polishing and is not a fault with the product. However, we have apologised profusely for the fact that the item wasn't checked for tarnish prior to being shipped - that should have been done of course. We have put extra procedures in place to make sure that all silver plated gifts are opened fully and checked for any tarnish and, if necessary, polished, prior to being shipped.
The customer has received several apologies and also recompense for the inconvenience caused.
