The Fine Cheese Co. pārskati

A real solid firm cheddar well matured cheese with a long after taste. Lovely !

Sparkenhoe is a very fine cheese with a lovely tang to it and subtle flavours lingering on.

A really nice blue cheese, lovely texture and not bitter as some blue cheeses can be

A lovely cheese, nice crumb and with real depth to the flavour

Nice slightly crumbly texture and strong cheddar taste. Overall excellent.

Smooth strong tasting cheddar with lingering pleasant after taste. A top class cheddar.

A pleasant enough cheese but nothing like as tasteful as raw milk Reblichon.

Excellent cheese, prompt delivery and well packaged.
