Don't lie about when and where delivered. An email advised delivery completed to safe place. Which I was unable to find. 3 phone calls ascertained that delivery was to a hedgerow at an address...

Well packaged and delivered on the specified day. Instructions were to deliver to a neighbour if not in, but it was left on the doorstep!
