The Fine Cheese Co. pārskati

Great addition to any cheeseboard.

Magnificent strong blue. Great example of the type, always arrives in lovely condition.

Superb strong cheddar. 10/10 for taste and texture. Unique and one of my absolute favourites.

My go-to cheese biscuit - complements most cheeses perfectly.

Plenty of “bite”, but no bad habits (e.g. acidic, nasty aftertaste etc.). Creamy like its sibling, Wyfe of Bath, but easy to serve. Lovely medium strength blue - recommended.

lovely and tasty

Gorgeous hard goats cheese. slightly crystalline. Great addition to cheeseboard. Very impressive

Good smoked cheddar

My favourite cheese. Beautiful.

Wow, this is a beautiful cheese. The garlic is subtle yet powerful

For special occasions only. Certainly not for toasties! Melts in the mouth.

Lovely creamy mild cheese, perfect with crackers or anything really!

I love a Burrata and this was great. Lovely texture, creamy and tasty. I had with peas ,asparagus and pesto as a starter.

I mix 3 tablespoons with one tablespoon of sherry vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over warm rice for my mango and wild rice salad. Very tasty.

Wonderful. I halved the cheese and mixed together jalapeno peppers, apricot conserve and chopped pecans and spread it on the middle and on top, then baked it in the oven and had it with French bread....

I have had these GF charcoal crackers before and liked them very much. They are quite hard and brittle and tend to break easily but they have a nice strong flavour quite unlike other crackers. I will...

I have previously had similar French cheeses e.g. Tomme de Brebis and enjoyed them very much. However, this cheese did not have much flavour. I would not recommend it.

These were mush smaller than I expected but were nice and crunchy. They had a pleasant mild truffle flavour, not over-powering. The packet size was also much smaller than I hoped for. I might but...

The cheese was great thoroughly enjoying it, thanks will buy again.

Service very good. Everything received was superb. I have used the company before and will do again. Put a smile on my son and daughter in laws faces.
