Never received confirmation email with tracking number and purchase details.
Took a long time to receive goods (more then 2 weeks)

Thanks for your feedback, we would like to apologise for the experience you had with us, this is not what we are about!
We are investigating the email issue as you should have received 3 emails from us between ordering and delivery.
We ship from our warehouse in Sydney, so I am sorry about the 9 days it took to get to you in Perth, you may have missed the 8-10 day shipping estimate we give as you didn't get the emails we sent.
Again thank you for your feedback, we are always looking to improve and will investigate this on our end!
