Unfortunately this parcel did not arrive at the correct address and I was unable to make contact with you to this effect. Very unfortunate as this was a giift for my new great grandson..

In this case, the parcel was delivered within our standard 3 working days to the address entered when the order was placed. You can contact us by email or telephone, and we could have amended the address before your order left our warehouse.
