Ok, merkwürdiger Service
Die Fahrerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch habe ich eine andere Kategorie Fahrzeug bestellt. Angekündigt war eine Mercedes E-Klasse, chauffiert würden wir mit einem Skoda.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass sie uns nach eingehender Prüfung des von Ihnen erwähnten Problems mit dem Fahrer mitgeteilt haben, dass sie das Auto, das auf dem Gutschein angegeben war, nicht zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Sie haben uns aber auch mitgeteilt, dass sie ohnehin ein Business-Class-Auto zur Verfügung gestellt haben: Skoda Super.
Wir informieren unsere Kunden immer darüber, dass einige der angegebenen Detail im Vouchers aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit des Fahrers variieren können. In einigen Fällen muss der Partner einige Last-Minute-Abholungen neu planen, da er nicht genügend Zeit hat, sie in unserem System zu aktualisieren. Die Telefonnummer der Kontaktperson bleibt jedoch immer gleich.
Der Fahrer versuchte, Sie früher zu erreichen, da er wusste, dass Sie zum Flughafen fahren, und er ist es gewohnt, dass Kunden, die eine frühere Abholung wünschen. Es tut uns wirklich leid, wenn du dich dadurch unangenehm gefühlt hast, aber wir versichern, dass sie es mit ihren besten Absichten getan haben.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We are really sorry to realise that you are not fully satisfied with one of our services. Each one of our customer's review is very relevant for us so we can improve our services.
Please note that after investigating further the issue you have mentioned with the driver, they informed us that they did not provide the car which was shown on the voucher indeed. However, they also informed us that they provided a business class car anyway: Skoda Super.
We always inform our clients that sometimes due to driver's availability, some of the details shown in the voucher may vary. In some occasions, the partner needs to re-schedule some last-minute pickups, therefore, they do not have enough time to update it in our system. However, the contact phone number always remains the same.
The driver tried to reach you earlier since they were aware that you were heading to the airport and they are used to clients wanting an earlier pickup. We are really sorry if this made you feel awkward but we assure they did it with their best intentions.

We have also checked your reservation with our team and the driver from your transfer. They informed us that they did try to contact you first but your phone was switched off, unfortunately. This is why you had to call them in order to find them. They have also informed us that they did perform the meet & greet as usual, the picture is taken according to their company procedures. Not satisfied, was not a good deal for my money.
The taxi was arranged for a 7:45 am pick-up, the driver did not arrive until approx. 9:00 am.
For the rate I had to pay for this service, I expect to have top service and not be subject to waiting...

We are really sorry to realise that you had to wait so long for your driver. We completely understand how stressful this may have been for you, especially when you had the risk to miss a flight. Of course, this is not the type of services we stand for.
After checking your review, we immediately opened an investigation with the driver from your transfer to exactly know what went wrong. They informed us that this driver is no longer working for them after your pickup because our partner also agreed that this is not the services we do offer.
We are really sorry that you had to be the ones experiencing this issue. So as a gesture of an apology, please be aware that we have already activated the refund of the 15% of the total amount of this reservation. You will receive the amount back at your PayPal within less than 1 business day.
Furthermore, we have also sent you a discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may have with us. We would be love if you could give us a second chance to prove you that this one was indeed a rare situation for us.
