I buy all my livestock and plants from SWELL there service is definitely A+ there website is easy to use and lots of photos and amazing detailed information on every livestock 10/10.

Service was quick and I was kept well informed of the status of the delivery and the postage schedule was true to form and the aquarium came very well packed indeed with no chance of damage.

Poor, unable to contact by phone and emails not answering my questions accurately. And won’t replace faulty item until it’s returned so left with no filter

First class service, ordered and got it 2 days later with a 2 hour delivery slot so wasn't waiting around all day. Well packaged as well. Very easy website to navigate and order and pay securely.
