Excellent service from the sweater shop itself. Order was promptly dispatched to the UPS carrier for delivery.
Unfortunately the good service ended as soon as UPS got involved. No tracking advice...

This was ordered the first part of Dec. and delivered the end of Feb too long. The sweaters are beautiful which does make up for the slow delivery
