If you are unfortunate to have an accident make the call to Suzuki first ,
The aftercare works they took over everything to do with the claim and quickly arranged a hire car.
My only comments are the car was away from me for 67 days (Minus days for Christmas & New year)the...

Unprofessional and indifferent.
The only professional and diligent people I encountered throughout this experience were the collection/ delivery drivers. Communication absolutely dire.
