You raise a very valid point with how difficult it can be to get warranty work etc completed when you don't buy from a local dealership, this is an important factor for anyone to bear in mind when choosing where to purchase from. I am sorry to hear about the fuel situation, I'm not sure what happened there, but I will look into it, so thank you for flagging it up.
