Hi there, I'm sorry that your son had a disappointing start to his week on camp, however I'm glad we were able to resolve your issue and that the boys enjoyed their time at The Beacon. We're always looking to improve so really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.
Make it clear that swimming is not available every day so it is luck of the draw whether they get to go. Send an actual timetable of what the children will be doing rather than one which mentions...

I'm sorry to hear your children did not enjoy all of the activities ran at camp. We can never guarantee that the children will swim every day, however ask parents to please send their children to camp with a swim kit every day in case they do - we know how much children enjoy this activity so try to swim as much as possible!
We have some fantastic specialist courses such as LEGO play and Cookery running at The Godolphin this summer that might perhaps be better suited to your older children; we would love to see the kids back at camp!
The staff were really nice. Made lots of friends. Activities were fun but not varied enough.

Hi Emma, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback! Our multiactivity course is aimed towards providing a fun and varied range of sports, arts and crafts and games so I am sorry to hear your child did not find them varied enough- we will ensure to take this on board for our May half term camp at St. Marylebone.
